Gibson ES-335 1965 Wide Neck
This early 1965 Gibson ES-335 has the desirable wide nut width (1.66"/ 42.2mm) and nickel parts of its earlier counterparts. It has all the same features as a late '64 ES-335 except for the stop bar tailpiece. It's a spectacular player one original frets and has never had a neck repair. It's 100% original except for a 1/4" patched hole on the rim near the tailpiece.

Measurements: 7.9 lbs / 3.6 kg overall weight. The neck measures 1.66" or 42.2 mm wide at the nut, 0.83" deep at the first fret, and 0.98" deep at the 12th fret (very similar to 1959 profile and width). The neck pickup reads 7.39k ohms and the bridge pickup reads 7.48k ohms.
Originality: All finish, parts, and solder are original to this guitar. The only work done was to patch the 1/4" hole on the rim next to the tailpiece.
Playability: Excellent 100%! It's a spectacular playing example. The neck is straight, frets are in nice shape, and the electronics function as the manufacturer intended them to.
Included: Original chipboard case
