This vintage 1969 Fender Deluxe Reverb guitar amp with black Tolex exterior and silver faceplate with aluminum trim came through the shop a few years ago. It wears its age proudly but was a fine sounding guitar amp. I'm always a vintage Fender amplifier buyer but I especially love the 1960s Deluxe Reverb guitar amps. The 1960s Fender amplifiers with Reverb have been an industry standard for electric guitar tone since their introduction in 1964. The Deluxe Reverb is the most popular of the line with its manageable ~22 watt output and 12″ speaker. The Reverb and Tremolo that this amp features has become the benchmark by which many other amp builders have based their circuit and tonal aspirations.

This 1969 Fender Deluxe Reverb-Amp with drip edge cosmetics has just come from the son of the original owner. We we're told that it has been stored away unused for decades. It's now in great playing condition after service with fresh filter capacitors, three prong power cord, tremolo optocoupler, and a new Accutronics reverb pan. All other parts appear to be original except for RCA tubes likely from the 1970s. This is probably the best sounding Deluxe Reverb I've ever played with the desirable original Jensen C12N speaker with original cone. Check the picture of the circuit to see the blue Mallory molded coupling caps and cloth wiring (edit: sold!)
