Refund policy

All guitars ship via FedEx Priority Overnight for domestic sales or FedEx Priority International for international sales. I offer a 72-hour approval period beginning on the date of delivery, during which you may return the guitar for a refund, provided it remains in its original, as-sent condition. Guitars that ship more than seven (7) days after the sale date are not eligible for return or refund.

I do not charge a restocking fee; however, any non-refundable payment processing fees, outbound shipping costs, and return shipping expenses will be deducted from the refund amount in the event of a return.
