1955 Gibson Les Paul Model All Gold
Check out this incredible 1955 Gibson Les Paul Model in the uncommon all gold original finish! I purchased this one from its second owner who's had it since 1960. It's clear that he cherished this Les Paul and kept it in very clean condition with no breaks or repairs.
I'm looking to buy Gibson Les Paul guitars from the 1950s: Sell a Gibson.
Measurements: 9.1 lbs / 4.1 kg total weight. The neck measures 1.69" / 43mm wide at the nut, 0.92" deep at the first fret, and 1.00" deep at the 12th fret. The neck pickup measures 7.64k ohms and the bridge reads 8.51k ohms.
Originality: This guitar is all original except for the switch ring and the output jack plate (both nice reproduction pieces).
Playability: Spectacular! The neck is straight, action is low, and the electronics function as intended. The original small frets have a lot of life.
Condition: Very nice especially for the all gold version. Many of these get worn on the back of the neck and turn green, but not this one. It's nice and gold all the way around with light checking throughout.
Included: The original case is included.
Fine Print: All guitars ship via FedEx Priority Overnight for domestic sales or FedEx Priority International. I offer a 48 hour approval period beginning on delivery for all sales during which you are welcome to opt for a return as long as the guitar is still in as-sent condition. I do not charge a restocking fee, but any non-refunded payment processing fees, outbound shipping, and return shipping costs are subtracted from the refund in the case of a return.
