This Special came through the shop last year on consignment: a near mint 1962 Gibson SG Special electric guitar. This was the second year of the SG style body. The Special is made from a solid Mahogany body and neck, set neck joint, two P-90 pickups and either a wrap tail piece bridge or tremolo. I'm always a buyer for 1962 Gibson guitars but especially for SG Specials.
