Fender Stratocaster 1965 Candy Apple Red Metallic

Fender Stratocaster 1965 Candy Apple Red Metallic

I'm thrilled to offer this very clean 1965 Fender Stratocaster in original Candy Apple Red Metallic custom color finish which has just come in from the daughter of its original owner in New Hope, Alabama. It's a nicely preserved example which is completely original throughout with no repairs or modifications ever. I was also thrilled to find that it has the rare factory option of large frets which became available in 1965. It's a spectacular playing example as well that required nothing except light cleaning and set up.

Make and Model: Fender Stratocaster

Condition: Excellent! This Stratocaster is in exceptionally clean condition with light scratches and dings. There is a small amount of vertical checking on the back of the body.

Playability: Perfect with no excuses. The neck is straight, truss rod nut functions as intended, original large frets are excellent, and the electronics operate as intended.
