1961 Fender Stratocaster Blond
This killer 1961 Fender Stratocaster in original Blond finish over Ash body is a nicely preserved example of the slab board Strat! It's 100% original and in nice playing condition. The original lacquer shows attractive wear on the back of the neck and the body from decades of passionate but gentle ownership.
Considering selling a 1961 Stratocaster? I'd like to take a look: Sell a Fender
Measurements: 7.4 lbs / 3.35 kg total weight. The neck measures 1.66" / 41.9mm wide at the nut, 0.81" deep at the first fret, and .98" deep at the 12th fret. The neck pickup reads 5.80k ohms, the middle reads 5.66k ohms, and the bridge reads 5.72k ohms.
Originality: This 1961 Strat is 100% original!
Playability: Very good! The neck is straight, the truss rod functions as intended, and the electronics have been cleaned.
Condition: Very good. The original Blond finish shows nice checking and edge wear. The lacquer on the neck is worn but not worn out. The mint green pickguard has a typical crack next to the bass side neck pickup height adjustment screw, but this does not hinder the adjustment of the pickup. The original tremolo arm threads are broken, but the sustain block threads are in proper working condition.
Included: Original hardshell case, original bridge cover, and original trem arm are included.
Fine Print: All guitars ship via FedEx Priority Overnight for domestic sales or FedEx Priority International.
