1957 Gibson Les Paul TV Model

Regular price $16,995.00

Check out this killer 1957 Gibson Les Paul TV Model that's survived in nice condition with the right amount of wear and vibe. It's had Grovers in its past, so now it has conversion bushings and late 1960s Klusons. The original bridge was missing, so I installed a Music City bridge. I think most players will appreciate the tighter intonation from this bridge. It's never had a neck break or repair and all finish is original with no overspray. It's a blast to play and looks great too!

Measurements: 7.9lbs (3.60 kg) total weight. The neck measures 1.71" wide at the nut, 0.92" deep at the first fret, and 1.00" deep at the 12th fret. The pickup reads 8.47k ohms.

Dates: The serial number prefix 7 indicates it was made in 1957.

Originality: All parts, finish, and solder are original except for late 60s Klusons, modern conversion bushings, and a Music City Bridge.

Playability: Very good. The neck is straight with proper working truss rod, the original frets are small but not very worn, and the electronics operate as intended.

Condition: Good with typical nicks, dings, and scratches. There's evidence that a signature was removed from the finish below the bridge. It's never had a neck break or repair.

Included: A modern hard shell case is included.

Fine Print: All guitars ship via FedEx Priority Overnight for domestic sales or FedEx Priority International. I offer a 48 hour approval period beginning on delivery for all sales during which you are welcome to opt for a return as long as the guitar is still in as-sent condition. I do not charge a restocking fee, but any non-refunded payment processing fees, outbound shipping, and return shipping costs are subtracted from the refund in the case of a return.
