1952 Gibson Les Paul Model and GA-40 Amplifier

$1.00

This amazing 1952 Gibson Les Paul Model and matching GA-40 Les Paul Amplifier has just come in from the family of its original owner! They're both very clean and in excellent playing condition. It's so rare to find 1950s Goldtop Les Pauls with low miles like this one!

Measurements: 8.2 lbs / 3.7 kg total weight. The neck measures 1.73"/ 43.8mm wide at the nut, 0.90" deep at the 1st fret, and 1,00" deep at the 12th fret. The neck pickup reads 7.51k ohms and the bridge pickup reads 7.59k ohms.

Originality: The guitar has all original parts and finish but has spot finish touch ups on the treble side of the back of the neck behind the 4th through 12th frets. It has no breaks or repairs. The amplifier has been serviced with replaced electrolytic capacitors and a reconed speaker. The amplifier cabinet has cracks on the edges which have been glued and are completely stable.

Playability: Killer! The neck is straight, the action is low, and the electronics function as intended.

Condition: Amazing! This is an extremely well preserved pair with no finish checking on the Goldtop.

Included: Everything in the pictures including: leather strap, hang tags, Geib case, amplifier, foot switch, and amplifier instruction manual

Fine Print: All guitars ship via FedEx Priority Overnight for domestic sales or FedEx Priority International. I offer a 48 hour approval period beginning on delivery for all sales during which you are welcome to opt for a return as long as the guitar is still in as-sent condition.
