1950 Martin D-28
Couldn't load pickup availability
This clean 1950 Martin D-28 has been carefully preserved and maintained throughout its lifetime and is ready to play. A neck reset and bridge replacement have just been performed for perfect like-new playability and all the vintage Martin tone these D-28s are known for. It has a lovely piano like tone when fingerpicked and a nice loud voice with a flat pick.
Measurements: 5.0lbs (2.3 kg) total weight. The neck measures 1.70" wide at the nut and 0.90" deep at the first fret.
Maintenance: Recent maintenance includes a new ebony bridge from TJ Thompson, neck reset, and a new bone saddle. Prior maintenance includes a few drop filled dings, buffed back with one 1"x1" buffed through the lacquer on the back of the body, reseated nut, and refret.
Playability: Excellent! This D-28 plays exactly the way Martin intended it to play when new.
Condition: Very Good!
Included: Modern hardshell case.
Fine Print: All guitars ship via FedEx Priority Overnight for domestic sales or FedEx Priority International. I offer a 48 hour approval period beginning on delivery for all sales during which you are welcome to opt for a return as long as the guitar is still in as-sent condition. I do not charge a restocking fee, but any non-refunded payment processing fees, outbound shipping, and return shipping costs are subtracted from the refund in the case of a return.
