1966 Fender Princeton Reverb Amp

This vintage 1966 Fender Princeton Reverb Amp with original footswitch and Jensen C10 speaker has survived in amazing original condition! It's in good working shape and ready to be played.

Make and Model: Fender Princeton Reverb Amp

Year: 1966. Tube chart ink stamp  "PE" (P = 1966, E = May), chassis build date stamp indicating the 18th week of 1966. Output transformer code "8316601" (831 = Better Coil and Transformer, 66 = 1966, 01 = 1st week. Replaced power transformer code 606-2-12 (606 = Schumacher, 2 = 1972, 12 = 12th week). Originality: All parts appear to be original except for grounded power cord installed and replaced power transformer in 1972 (exact same transformer but made a few years later). The power tubes were likely replaced with RCAs at the same time as the power transformer. The output transformer and reverb transformer are original to the amp. 

Condition: Very good! There is very little corrosion on the metal parts and typical grill cloth darkening. 

Playability: Excellent! This amp performed beautifully during my 20 minute test. As with many vintage Fender amps that haven't been played in the past few decades, it's possible that it could require service after heavy use. Contact me for more info.
