1958 Gibson Les Paul Junior
This clean 1958 Gibson Les Paul Junior has just arrived from the family of its original owner! It's in spectacular all original condition and plays like a dream.
Make and Model: Gibson Les Paul Junior
Year: 1958. Check out How to date Gibson Les Paul guitars.
Measurements: 7lbs 3oz, neck depth at the first fret: .92", depth at the 12th = 1.01"
Originality: All parts original to the guitar except the strings!
Condition: Excellent! There are various dings and some light checking. There's a small chunk missing from the bass edge of the nut but it doesn't affect the slot. There is some belt buckle rash on the back.
Playability: Excellent! I've just completed a full cleaning and set up. It plays like a dream. The frets do have wear but I didn't find enough wear to affect playability. I'm confident you'll love this '58 Gibson Les Paul Junior!
Case: The original case was missing so I'm including a brand new LP Junior size hard shell case from TKL.

Fender Stratocasters: Better with a Hardtail?
There is something different about a Fender Stratocaster that's been lovingly played and cherished for half a century. My favorite Stratocaster we've been fortunate enough to have in the shop this year, and frankly one of my favorite guitars of all time was a 1960 Fender Stratocaster in sunburst. Sounds boring right? Well, this Strat has a trick up its sleeve. It left the factory with a "Hardtail" configuration.
