1964 Fender Jaguar Olympic White

Regular price $9,995.00

This very late 1964 Fender Jaguar in original Olympic White custom color finish has survived in amazing condition and retains its original hang tag, case key, and hardshell case! All parts and solder are original and undisturbed. There's a 2.5" finish repair on the bottom edge of the back of the body, but the rest of the finish is clean and untouched.

Measurements: 8.3lbs (3.75 kg) total weight. The neck measures 1.65" (1 5/8", 41.9mm) wide at the nut, 0.83" deep at the first fret, and 0.98" deep at the 12th fret (medium taper profile). The neck pickup reads 6.00k ohms and the bridge pickup reads 6.04k ohms.

Dates: The neck heel stamp reads "1NOV64B" where 1 = Jaguar model, NOV = November, 64 = 1964, and B = standard neck width 1 5/8". The potentiometer codes read "304 6450" where 304 = Stackpole (manufacturer code), 64 = 1964, and 50 = 50th week.

Originality: All parts, finish, and solder are original to this guitar except for the foam under the pickups, foam on the bridge mute, and the spot finish repair on the lower edge of the back of the body. This finish repair was done long ago. The original hardened foam pieces are included.

Playability: Excellent! The neck is straight, frets have no wear, and the electronics operate as intended.

Condition: Excellent!

Included: The original no logo black Tolex case is included.

Fine Print: All guitars ship via FedEx Priority Overnight for domestic sales or FedEx Priority International. I offer a 48 hour approval period beginning on delivery for all sales during which you are welcome to opt for a return as long as the guitar is still in as-sent condition. I do not charge a restocking fee, but any non-refunded payment processing fees, outbound shipping, and return shipping costs are subtracted from the refund in the case of a return.
