1964 Gibson SG Junior Cherry
Couldn't load pickup availability
We're very excited to offer this all original 1964 Gibson SG Junior in original cherry finish. We purchased this Junior from a man in Panama City Beach, FL who had owned it since the mid 2000s. It's one of the cleanest Junior examples we've ever had in the shop!
Measurements: 6.3 lbs (2.85 kg) total weight. The neck measures 1.70" (43.2mm) wide at the nut, 0.80" deep at the first fret, and 0.98" deep at the 12th fret. The pickup reads 8.04k ohms.
Originality: All parts and finish are original to this guitar other than a few changed screws.
Playability: Excellent. The neck is dead straight, truss rod functions as intended, frets have very little wear, and the electronics are clean and operate as intended.
Condition: Excellent with hardly no nicks, dings, or scratches. There are no breaks or repairs.
Included: This guitar does not come with the original case so we outsourced a new hardshell case.
Fine Print: All guitars ship via FedEx Priority Overnight for domestic sales or FedEx Priority International. I offer a 48 hour approval period beginning on delivery for all sales during which you are welcome to opt for a return as long as the guitar is still in as-sent condition. I do not charge a restocking fee, but any non-refunded payment processing fees, outbound shipping, and return shipping costs are subtracted from the refund in the case of a return.

Fender Stratocasters: Better with a Hardtail?
There is something different about a Fender Stratocaster that's been lovingly played and cherished for half a century. My favorite Stratocaster we've been fortunate enough to have in the shop this year, and frankly one of my favorite guitars of all time was a 1960 Fender Stratocaster in sunburst. Sounds boring right? Well, this Strat has a trick up its sleeve. It left the factory with a "Hardtail" configuration.
