1960 Gibson ES-345 Sunburst
We are excited to present this 1960 Gibson ES-345, featuring its original factory sunburst finish and a stereo configuration. This example is in outstanding condition, and features a factory stop tail bridge with no signs of a Bigsby ever being added or taken off this guitar.
Measurements: 8.2 lbs / 3.7 kg total weight. The neck measures 1.67"/ 42.3mm wide at the nut, 0.81" deep at the 1st fret, and .89" deep at the 12th fret. The neck pickup reads 8.41k ohms and the bridge pickup reads 8.60k ohms.
Originality: The guitar arrived at our shop with replaced late '60s Gibson Deluxe tuners. We had five original gold Kluson Deluxe tuners on hand, so we restored those and added new tuner buttons. Other than that all finish, solder, and parts appear to be original to this guitar.
Playability: Killer! The neck is straight, the original frets show little wear, and the electronics function as intended.
Condition: Amazing. The original sunburst finish is vibrant and unfaded. There's typical nicks and checking and there are no breaks or repairs.
Included: The original case and stereo cable.
Fine Print: All guitars ship via FedEx Priority Overnight for domestic sales or FedEx Priority International. I offer a 48 hour approval period beginning on delivery for all sales during which you are welcome to opt for a return as long as the guitar is still in as-sent condition. I do not charge a restocking fee, but any non-refunded payment processing fees, outbound shipping, and return shipping costs are subtracted from the refund in the case of a return.

Fender Stratocasters: Better with a Hardtail?
There is something different about a Fender Stratocaster that's been lovingly played and cherished for half a century. My favorite Stratocaster we've been fortunate enough to have in the shop this year, and frankly one of my favorite guitars of all time was a 1960 Fender Stratocaster in sunburst. Sounds boring right? Well, this Strat has a trick up its sleeve. It left the factory with a "Hardtail" configuration.
