1978 Fender Telecaster Wine
This clean 1978 Fender Telecaster in original Wine red finish was the pride of a local player's collection until his recent passing. This was the guitar he kept in its original case because it was a little too clean to play.
Make and Model: Fender Telecaster
Year: 1978. Serial S8xxxxx, potentiometer code indicating the 43rd week of 1977.
Specifications: total weight = 8lbs 3oz. Neck dimensions are 1 5/8" nut width, first fret neck depth = .88", 12th fret neck depth = .97".
Condition: Excellent! This Telecaster shows very little playing wear. There is one bump in the finish on the body in the forearm area.
Originality: All parts appear to be original except for replaced strap buttons with strap locks. The strap attachments are included. Even the original hard shell case has survived in excellent condition.
Playability: Excellent! This guitar plays like new! I'm confident you'll love playing this killer 1978 Fender Telecaster.
