1974 Gibson Les Paul Custom White
This clean 1974 Gibson Les Paul Custom in original White finish is all original, light weight (9.8 lbs), and a really fantastic player! This was made in Kalamazoo, Michigan just before production of Les Pauls moved to Nashville. It's also a full Randy Rhoads spec from the correct year!
Measurements: 9.8 lbs / 4.5 kg total weight. The neck measures 1.72" wide at the nut, 0.82" deep at the 1st fret, and 1.00" deep at the 12th fret. The neck pickup reads 7.73k ohms and the bridge pickup reads 7.34k ohms.
Originality: All parts, finish, and solder appear to be original to this guitar. The original nut appears to have been reseated showing a lacquer line on the side. The humbucker covers have never been opened and the original Fretless Wonder frets are original with light wear.
Playability: Excellent. The neck is dead straight, truss rod functions as intended, frets have very little wear, and the electronics are clean and operate as intended.
Condition: Very good! The clear coat shows light yellowing and very little checking. The gold parts have minimal oxidation.
Fine Print: All guitars ship via FedEx Priority Overnight for domestic sales or FedEx Priority International. I offer a 48 hour approval period beginning on delivery for all sales during which you are welcome to opt for a return as long as the guitar is still in as-sent condition. I do not charge a restocking fee, but any non-refunded payment processing fees, outbound shipping, and return shipping costs are subtracted from the refund in the case of a return.
