1966 Fender Electric Mandolin Olympic White
Check out this original 1966 Fender Electric Mandolin that's come in from the family of its original owner! The Olympic White finish pairs wonderfully with the tortoise shell pick guard and will accompany any guitar in a jam or studio setting. This vintage Fender mandolin is likely to be something that even an experienced guitar collector may not have had the pleasure to play.
Measurements: 3.3 lbs / 1.55 kg total weight. The neck measures 1.18" / 29.97mm wide at the nut, 0.8" deep at the first fret, and 0.91" deep at the 12th fret. The body cavity reads "White" and the potentiometer codes indicate the 5th week of 1966.
Originality: This Electric Mandolin is 100% original inside and out!
Playability: Excellent. The neck is dead straight, frets have very little wear, and the electronics are clean and operate as intended.
Condition: Excellent! There's some ambering of the clear coat on the forearm area.
Included: The original case is included.
Fine Print: All guitars ship via FedEx Priority Overnight for domestic sales or FedEx Priority International. I offer a 48 hour approval period beginning on delivery for all sales during which you are welcome to opt for a return as long as the guitar is still in as-sent condition. I do not charge a restocking fee, but any non-refunded payment processing fees, outbound shipping, and return shipping costs are subtracted from the refund in the case of a return.
