1963 Fender Jazzmaster Sunburst
This is a 1963 Fender Jazzmaster in original three tone sunburst! In the early 60s the Jazzmaster was one of Fender's top guitars and it continues to stand the test of time. This one is spec'd with an incredibly comfortable neck that has been properly played in all the right places leaving an unforgettable vintage feel. Everything functions properly as intended when it left the factory in 1963.
Measurements: 7.6 lbs (3.45 kg) total weight. The neck measures 1.63" wide at the nut, 0.78" deep at the first fret, and 0.96" deep at the 12th fret. The neck pickup reads 7.97k ohms and the bridge pickup reads 8.69k ohms.
Originality: All parts and finish are original to this guitar. It had an extra ground wire because it came in the shop with tusq saddles and has a refret.
Playability: Excellent. The neck is dead straight, truss rod functions as intended, frets have very little wear, and the electronics are clean and operate as intended.
Condition: Very good with typical nicks, dings, and scratches.
Included: The original case and tremolo arm are included.
Fine Print: All guitars ship via FedEx Priority Overnight for domestic sales or FedEx Priority International. I offer a 48 hour approval period beginning on delivery for all sales during which you are welcome to opt for a return as long as the guitar is still in as-sent condition. I do not charge a restocking fee, but any non-refunded payment processing fees, outbound shipping, and return shipping costs are subtracted from the refund in the case of a return.
