1968 Epiphone FT-79 Texan Cherry Red

This perfect playing 1968 Epiphone FT-79 C (Cherry Red) has just arrived from the family of its original owner! It's a spectacular playing example with deep rumbly Kalamazoo round shoulder tone that will be rock solid for any player. It's 100% ready to play and requires nothing more than a proud owner. 

Measurements: 4.4 lbs / 2 kg total weight. The neck measures 1.58" (1 9/16") wide at the nut and 0.58" deep at the 1st fret (medium profile).

Originality: All finish and parts are 100% original except for the installed reproduction tuners (originals in the case). A professional bridge reglue and neck reset was just performed for optimum playability and reliability.

Playability: Excellent! The action is perfect, the neck is straight, and the tone is that classic rumbly loud round should sound. 

Condition: Excellent! It's very clean but has some light fading of the Cherry stain and light finish checking. 

Included: The original hang tag and chip board case are included.
