Presenting an exceptional 1969 Gibson J-45 in its original, beautifully aged Sunburst finish. This guitar has been cherished by its original owner and is now available for someone who appreciates its rich history and unparalleled tone. This J-45 delivers the deep, resonant Kalamazoo sound that has made it a favorite among players for decades. The guitar is in perfect playing condition, fully set up, and ready to inspire.
Measurements: 4.9 lbs / 2.15 kg total weight. The neck measures 1.71" wide at the nut and 0.81" deep at the 1st fret. The action at the 12th fret is 4/32" on the bass side and 3/32" on the treble side.
Originality: All finish and parts are 100% original to this guitar. We performed a bridge reglue and glued a center seam crack.
Playability: Excellent! The action is perfect, the neck is straight, and the tone is that classic rumbly loud round should sound.
Condition: Excellent! It's very clean with typical nicks and scratches. There is one noticeable blemish on the front left side of the guitar.
Included: The original hang tag and case are included.
Fine Print: All guitars ship via FedEx Priority Overnight for domestic sales or FedEx Priority International. I offer a 48 hour approval period beginning on delivery for all sales during which you are welcome to opt for a return as long as the guitar is still in as-sent condition. I do not charge a restocking fee, but any non-refunded payment processing fees, outbound shipping, and return shipping costs are subtracted from the refund in the case of a return.
