Make and Model: Fender Jaguar Olympic White

Year: Late '64/Early 1965. Neck heel date stamp "1DEC64B" (1 = Jaguar model, DEC = December, 64 = 1964, B = standard nut width 1 5/8"). Potentiometer code "304 6450" (304 = Stackpole, 64 = 1964, 50 = 50th week). Bridge pickup dated "AY DEC 30 '64" (Abigail Ybarra). Check out How to date a vintage Fender Jaguar

Measurements: 8lbs 7oz. Neck depth at the first fret = .81", depth at the 12th fret = .96".

Originality: All parts original to the guitar except the rhythm/lead switch and nut! I replaced the original deteriorated foam pieces with proper Fender brand foam. I installed a full neck pocket shim from Stew Mac. I retained all three original foams and two neck shims to go with with guitar.

Playability: Excellent!! I've set up a lot of Jags and have spent time dialing everything in on this guitar. I lubricated and adjusted the truss rod nut, cleaned and adjusted all bridge screws (saddle height, intonation, and bridge height), cleaned all electronics, cleaned/polished frets, conditioned the Rosewood fretboard, reinstalled everything and set it up for optimum playability. This will be one of the best Jaguars you've ever played.

Case: Original no logo hard shell. Both latch hinges are loose. As with many well preserved guitars, has a slight musty smell.

Approval Period: Everything I sell comes with a 48 hour approval period for US based customers. If it doesn't suit your needs, you are welcome to return it with no restocking fee. You're only out shipping and any payment processing fees.
